Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, known as Töltött Káposzta, are one of Hungary’s most cherished traditional comfort foods. Tender cabbage leaves are wrapped around a flavorful mixture of ground pork, rice, onion, garlic, and sweet paprika, then slowly cooked with sauerkraut until rich, tender, and deeply satisfying.
Served with a generous spoonful of sour cream and plenty of crusty bread, this hearty Hungarian classic is perfect for family dinners, holidays, and special gatherings.
